Sometimes things happen; if you can't make an appointment let us know by email 24 hours before. If you reschedule after this a $60 fee will apply.
Need to reschedule?
Because you're paying for a legal service upfront, your money goes into a trust account. Once we've finished the work, we will send you an invoice for the set fee. If we haven't heard from you, in seven days we will take the set fee from the trust account and pay it into our account.
Your money goes to trust
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your first consult there will be no charge. If you cancel later but before the consult, there will be a $60 fee. If you cancel after we have started work, you will be charged at our hourly rate of $440 incl. GST to a max of the set fee.
